Shito Ryu Karatedo Giyuukan is about a 15 minute walk from JR Koshienguchi Station in Nishinomiya City, Hyogo. They teach traditional Shito Ryu Karate under the guidance of 9th Dan Hanshi Yoshigiro Wakamoto.

兵庫県西宮市で糸東流空手道義勇館は伝統の糸東流教えている空手道場です。代表は範士９段若本義治郎です。糸東流以外、若本代表の武道歴は長いです。JR甲子園口駅からから徒歩約１５分。

The International Karate Kempo Organization Rakan Juku Honbu Dojo is a one minute walk away from Hanshin Nishinomiya Station in Nishinomiya-shi, Japan. Rakan Juku is a full contact Karate dojo that offers Kyokushin-style Knockdown Karate, Glove Karate, and Kickboxing classes to adults and children.

Although the style is called Rakan Juku, a Japanese pronunciation of the Buddhist term Luo Han or Arhat, and has Kempo in its organization’s name, I don’t believe it has any connection to Okinawan or Chinese Martial Arts.

国際空手拳法連盟羅漢塾総本部道場は兵庫県西宮市でフルコンタクト空手道場です。大人と子供に極真系フルコンタクト空手、グロープ空手、キックボクシングを教えてます。阪神西宮駅から徒歩約１分。

Notes/コメント：Founded by Naohiro Takahashi a Full Contact Karate and Kickboxing competitor with a history of wins in the Kyokushin and Full Contact Karate circuit. The dojo is located in the Hama Koshien neighborhood of Nishinomiya City, Hyogo. It’s about a 20 minute walk from Hanshin Koshien station and I lived about a 15 minute walk away from this dojo in 2015.

The head instructor, Takahashi, fought in a bare-knuckle kickboxing fight that I went to in the Fall of 2015.

元フルコンタクト空手とキックボクシング選手高橋直弘を創建して、日本実践空手道髙橋道場は西宮市浜甲子園での空手とキックボクシングジムです。阪神甲子園駅より徒歩１８分です。

２０１５年「PRO KARATEDO 達人」っていうルールにこだわらない大会（バンテージ無し素手顔面・肘打ち・頭突き・投げ・締め・立ち技関節・金的攻撃・倒れた相手への素手パウンド可能）で髙橋先生の試合を見に行きました。

Notes/コメント：I trained here in 2015 while I was teaching English and while the dojo was still part of the IKO-1 (Matsui). While I was there the dojo consisted of mostly kids classes, but there was a solid group of beginner and intermediate adults and brown and black belt teenagers that would take the adult class. Hokayashiki Sensei was kind and did not treat me any differently because I was a foreigner. The dojo followed Nakamura Shihan after he broke away from the IKO and continues to be a strong dojo within the Nakamura Dojo world.

２０１５年西宮で働いてたとき、この道場を入ってました。そんな時、この道場はまだ極真会館入ってたけど、僕はアメリカに帰国した後、すぐにIKO 中村道場になりました。外屋敷先生は厳しけど、いい先生でした。
