Aikido of Westchester is located in White Plains, NY. Established in 1997, Douglas Firestone Shihan was a student of the late Rev. Kensho Furuya in L.A. and then became an uchi deshi to Yamada Shihan in Manhattan. They teach Aikikai-style Aikido and Toyama Ryu Battodo swordsmanship.

１９９７年に創建して、ニューヨークのホワイト・プレインズ市でウエストチェスター 合気道は合気道と東山流抜刀道道場です。道場長は元々合気道センターロスアンゼルスの弟子と元ニューヨーク合気会の内弟子ダグラス・ファイヤーストン師範です。

Located in the Throgs Neck section of the Bronx, Bronx Shotojuku Karate-Do. Edwin Concepcion Sensei is the head instructor and is a direct student of Kai Leung Shihan in Queens. Both Bronx Shotojuku and Kai Leung’s dojo have roots in the teachings of Toyotaro Miyazaki and the Kenkojuku style of Shotokan.

ブロンクス区のスロッグズ・ネックでブロンクス松濤塾空手道は松濤館空手です。エドウィーン・コンセプション先生は国際松濤会空手道連盟会長カイ・レオンの弟子です。ブロンクス松濤塾空手道とカイ・レオン師範の道場は兼交塾系空手に根ざしてます。

Notes/コメント：Aikido of Park Slope has been around for nearly 40 years and is Brooklyn’s largest Aikido dojo. The head instructor,Lehrman Shihan (7th Dan), is a student of Yamada Shihan, founder of the New York Aikikai.

１９８１年創建して、道場長は山田支部長の弟子ハール・レーマン師範です。この道場はブルックリンで一番大きな道場です。

Notes/コメント：　Founded in 2009, New York Eastside Aikikai is an Aikido dojo on 92nd Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue. Yamazaki Sensei is a 5th Dan black belt and former uchi deshi to a famous instructor in Japan. He is now a direct student of Yamada Shihan of the New York Aikikai.
