Martial World Osaka shop, now called the Tokaido Namba Store,is located behind the Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium/Edion Arena, a venue for a lot of the martial arts tournaments in the area and home to the Osaka Spring Sumo Basho. Although the sign says they sell equipment for all martial arts, this shop focuses on Shotokan, JKA in particular, and other point style Karate equipment.

The Osaka Isami store sells equipment for both traditional martial arts and MMA as well has shirts, DVDS, and books. I used to go here quite often when I lived in the Kansai area and it’s a pretty cool place. They often have flyers for different dojo and events in the area. The Osaka store is just a few doors down from the Osaka Prefectural Arena, which plays host to Sumo and various martial arts tournaments throughout the year. It’s about a 5 minute walk from Namba Station. Nipponbashi, Den Den Town, and Dotonbori are all within a 5-10 minute walk.
